Using a Ghostwriter on Your Real Estate Blog

Using a Real Estate Blog Ghostwriter

Using a ghostwriter may be worth it if you don’t have the time and do have the money.  Article brings up an interesting point.  The Ghostwriter will be cheaper then a Pay Per Click Campaign but the writing will bring in more traffic over the long run.

No Follow Tag

Using the No Follow Tag: The Debate

Tag, Illustrated

No Follow is suppose to keep a page from being read by the search engines depending on the search engine (different search engines treat it different).

No Follow tag is currently being debated by the SEO community. Google is asking for opinions of how it should be used.

Some SEO experts use it to sculpt where page rank goes. (i.e. page rank will go to the link on your page that does not have the no follow). Some experts say you shouldn’t do it.

I have it on my Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions page on my website.

(Note: I have written this post from memory so definitely check out the experts to see what they say).

  • Brief copy
  • The “more” tag
  • Many more photos
  • Much more copy
  • Links to relevant sites and documents

In his opinion, the Photo is the most important aspect of the “House

  2. add feed/ to the end of the URL

How to crete Recent Listing Widget on Your Sidebar in WordPress

1.  Take the feed, and placed in in one of those RSS sidebar widgets that WordPress provides.

Note:  At first, the widget would not except the feed. I’m not sure why. But then I reburned the feed through feedbuner.com, and it works great.
